One of the World's leading IT Services Provider- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) may soon start its operations in Indore city.
As part of the growth initiatives in Indore, IDA's Super Corridor on Bardari Road may see TCS occupying about 1.25 kms x 300 meter of area. The Super Corridor is 14 kms long.
TCS will be one of the early adopters in this development on this IDA project, and Indore authorities are really excited about this. TCS campus will be next to the medical hub and is part of the Tigaria Badshah locality.
If all goes well, very soon IT professionals from Indore will see a good raise in their salary - due to the competition for good talent in Market. Question is - Will Indore see a 5 day work week with the arrival of TCS or will TCS start following Indore norms of 6 days work week?
As per TCS CEO, N Chandrashekar, TCS will hire 60 thousand people for their ventures in the state of MP. Overall, TCS has mega investment plans for MP. TCS is a member of Tata Group, and is one of the 5 top IT companies in India.
In last few year TCS hired hundreds of students from various colleges of Indore.Definitely, those who are deployed elsewhere would be choosing Indore Campus as soon as it is operational.
